Reduced restaurant guest capacity to 134 guests
New floor plan with physically distanced tables and partitions
Widened walkways
Staff and customers wear masks unless seated at table
Increased cleaning and sanitization procedures
New staff training and sick policy to ensure all staff are healthy
Redesigned our service procedures and flow to minimize points of contact
Removed waiting areas and places of congregation
Added signage to remind guests and staff about distancing and other covid measures
